I always see tennis shoes strung up in the power lines over intersections. I've always wondered, but have never asked... what are these shoes doing there, who put them there, and how do they get there?

Reply:Where I'm from it's to let people know that drugs are sold in the area.
Reply:traditionally, it has meant that there is a nearby house that sells drugs.....kind of a marketing ploy.
