What are better tennis shoes running, walking, cross training, or high performance?

Reply:I used to use New Balance trainers for running before I was injured (not by the shoes) and found them to be great. Don't know the current price but I would think £60 for a good pair would be fine - maybe I'm just cheap!!!
Reply:i can't tell you a brand. it's different for every person. you have to wear what is comfortable for you. i just bought a pair of new balance sneakers and they are fantastic. just make sure there is enough arch support.
