i know its self explanatory why my toes hurt if i press on it. - because my tennis shoes were too small!

I wore small tennis shoes. and now my toes hurt if i press on it. why is that?
Your toes hurt when you press them because the tennis shoes were too small (as you know, lol) and the toe was squished.
