Reply:Interesting question. People in Ireland and France wear %26quot;tennis shoes%26quot; they call them Trainers in Ireland and the UK, I have no idea what they call them in France. However it is the kind of shoes you wear that make the difference. American style shoes stand out and everyone recognizes you as a Tourist. You will not be shunned!!
